Why Sig Phi?
Our Background
In 1924, Sigma Phi Delta was founded at the University of Southern California on the necessary principle of being an international Professional-Social Fraternity of Engineers. At Marquette, we as well operate on this dual-feature that other organizations simply cannot offer.
We are professional in our attempts to push the engineering profession at all times. Resume workshops, along with job and company panels, and a wide variety of networking chances are the norm throughout the course of the year. As a result of our professionalism, Sig Phi alumni have worked at a wide variety of engineering companies from coast to coast. Many Brothers have been set up with their dream jobs as a result of their fraternity experience!

We are simultaneously socially-oriented, starting with our actives living in the chapter house. The Haggerty House provides a chance for the guys to hang out and strengthen Brotherhood. Our social events include video game nights, paintball trips, hikes, and many more fun activities for anyone to be involved!

We are always ever-so focused on encouraging excellence in academics, good citizenship, highest ideals of manhood, and of course, brotherhood.
